Overtime!

Yes i am still at work even though all my watches have passed the 5 oclock! Well it is simply Murphy's Law! Urgent jobs and changes at the last minutes, just when i needed the day-off bcoz of my *cough cough* ;) But i should be honest that i don't really mind, i take it as a challenge ;)

workoholic-ly,
me ;)

I am impressed that you know and are aware of Murphy's law. If I were you, I would never come to work at the expense of my own health.

Its not about committment to work or anything, but a committment to yourself. So screw work...that's really how I would think about it.

...from a well-rooted workaholic.

Well to be honest, i had to go to work for there is a conference on staurday and everyone in the office is hitting everyone while running up and down the offices trying to finish the last minute jobs and organizations. I am responsible for most of the signage system in that conference like the badges, labels, posters etc. and as any other element they keep on changing every now and then. So i had to go to work for no one else can fill my shoes :( I know that health comes first but in such scenarios like the conference, if i am not available for these changes that could lead for my firing from the job or to getting black listed and after a good amount of years in this company there is no need for such a thing. I'm known at work as the person you can come to in case of software/hardware troubles (from the ladies) at anytime and i would like to stay like that hehhehehehehehehe i just figured it out hehehehhe i am the ladies' IT support hehehehehehehehe they find me more relaxing than a guy telling them that they understand Null in computers hehehehehhee

btw i liked the way u used the words "well-rooted workaholic" as for Murphy's law it's a must to know when you're surrounded by lebanese guys 24_7 since highschool till now. It's like all they talk about or use in disscussions Murphy and Ziad Rahbany so i learned both to keep track of all the latsheit hehehehehehe and then started to beleive in his theories after life started taking GOOD care of me and keeping me busy with crisises hehehehehe besides it worked out great for me for Murphy is like my supervisor's ideal for he beleives in all his laws and brings him up in all disscussions too heheheheh he's british not lebanese just in case ur wondering ;)
